In celebration of Women’s History Month, Flushing Town Hall is proud to present "Songbirds,” featuring the music of Minnie Riperton, Shirley Horn and Joni Mitchell, performed by soulful jazz vocalist and pianist Mala Waldron and her quartet. "Songbirds" is a beautiful journey into a not so distant past made popular by Minnie Riperton, Shirley Horn and Joni Mitchell, filled with memorable music and song.
Moderated by FTH's Jazz Producer Clyde Bullard, a live Q&A will follow the performance with Mala Waldron answering questions from virtual audience.
