New CD Set for Release April 22 (includes video promo)


"Deep Resonance," which is an unplugged-style collection of tunes, mostly original, that give the feeling of being in an intimate setting as I perform just for you ... well, that's the mood I was going for anyway :)  This project has been coming together for quite some time, but mainly due to my touring schedule I kept having to put it on the "back burner."  Tracking which consisted mostly of duos (with added percussion on a couple of tracks by Jonathon Peretz) began in early 2014 at Park West Studio in Brooklyn.

Some Things Can't Be Rushed: The Birth of a Song


  Just finalized the lyrics for a song I wrote believe it not -- 7 YEARS ago! Procrastinate much?  Well I'll tell you, it wasn't for lack of trying. I just couldn't seem to come up with words that "felt" right.  There's a certain click that happens when the proper music & lyrics come together.  It's a feeling I get that tells me I've made a good match.  Most of the time when I write, this marriage of melody and lyric comes together much earlier in the songwriting process. But with this song, it was different.  In fact, everything was.
